Can you believe that it’s December? This wonderful year has passed by so quickly, but I’m so thankful that it’s the holiday season once more! Absolutely one of my favorite times of the year when our minds wander away from work a bit to reflect on family and friends. As the studio wraps a busy, successful, and rewarding year we are also wrapping up gifts!
Normally our monthly obsessions are design-focused, inspirations and project-ready pieces. But this time around, we’ve collected our favorite gift ideas. From signature scents to great coffee table reads, this holiday gift guide is full of inspiration for everyone on your list! Or, as a special treat for yourself after a long season of shopping for your loved ones.
1. Shenay’s Gift Idea – Nest Candles
“As someone who is a little scent-obsessed, my absolute favorite gift for the holiday season is a beautiful Nest candle in a signature holiday scent. Their blend of pomegranate, mandarin orange, pine, cloves, cinnamon and just a touch of vanilla and amber is perfection! Each year I treat myself to one of their holiday classic candle and diffuser sets, and that sparkling aroma just fills my home with joy.”
2. Blair’s Gift Idea – Williams-Sonoma Ginger Jar Champagne Bucket
“I have always been a sucker for ginger jars, so this is pretty high on my holiday wish list. I can’t think of a more beautiful, classic way to display your champagne for a party, date night, or just because! This would make the ideal hostess gift!”
3. Letecia’s Gift Idea – Joybox Flowers
“I’m always putting flowers together for projects, so I love it when I don’t have to! Joybox Flowers has gorgeous arrangements that last up to three years, no water needed! They also come in a variety of colors which make them a great gift for anyone on your holiday list.”
4. Shannon’s Gift Idea – Assouline’s Donald: The Book
“For that friend or family member that is as equally obsessed with fashion and contemporary art as I am, I highly recommend Assouline’s coffee table book, ‘Donald: The Book.’ I am obsessed with Donald Robertson’s (IG @drawbertson) fashion-forward, of-the-moment, culturally relevant artwork. Also, his Lips and Chanel art work is fabulous if you can get your hands on a piece before it sells out!”
5. Lexi’s Gift Idea – Archie, Our Four-Legged Friend
“Meet Archie, Laura’s newest addition to the family and the design firm’s new mascot. It isn’t hard to see why I’m obsessed with this little guy, just look at that face! He’s the most lovable pup and instantly brings joy when he’s roaming around the office. Thanks to LU for bringing this sweet boy to the office every day. Now I just need one of my own!”
6. Krystin’s Gift Idea – NG Collective x Wax Surf Co.
“My obsession this month would be these beautiful surf boards which are a collaboration with NG Collective and Wax Surf co. Although we are no where near any real surf weather here in Houston right now these boards are so beautiful I would never want them to touch the water! They are the perfect mix of art and fun, and would be fabulous as a single board leaned against a wall for a little spot of visual interest. Or, you could display a variety of the designs hanging on the wall as an art collection. I just don’t think you could go wrong with these!”
7. Britian’s Gift Idea – Mary Frances Handbag
“The second I saw this Mary Frances handbag, I fell in love (this will certainly be on my Christmas list)! Accessorizing is one of my favorite parts of an outfit, and with this addition, it’s pretty much done and done. It becomes a beautiful piece of jewelry that adds a lot of character and just a little bit of quirkyness!”
Let’s just take a moment to decide which one of these fabulous gifts we’re picking up this weekend! While all will surely deliver a singular surprise, one gift that certainly is one-of-kind would be our cuddly new buddy, Archie. We adopted Archie into our family just after Thanksgiving and by doing so, I fulfilled a couple holiday wish lists this year! From the Ohorona24.in.ua Interior family to yours we hope you have a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
