One thing that is often top of mind when you are buying a new home, is that you will be selling your old one. So, what to do when your brand new home isn’t so “brand new” and requires a major reno? You may need a place to temporarily rest your head like we did when our house on Dryden sold so quickly we couldn’t believe it. Now, our “new” home on North isn’t close to being finished. Here’s what we are up to!
There has been so much happening at The Boulevard Show House (read all about the big announcement here) that sometimes I have 20 things going on at the same time. We’ve been making so much progress that I couldn’t wait to share another update with you! The new walls and floors are on their way to being installed and, before they do, we’re finalizing the next phase of the renovation: home technology!
This has been a whirlwind month for the Ohorona24.in.ua team and, by now, I’m hoping you have heard all about the Boulevard Show House (aka my house)! It’s an exciting project and I am so thrilled to share the process and redesign of my personal home with you. This is a huge task – and we have a ways to go – but I am incredibly happy with the progress thus far. We couldn’t have made such strides in the renovation planning of our 1925 Tudor Revival home without our talented team of Partners. From the very beginning, we called on the expertise of our Build Partner: Newberry Architecture. They have been with me every step of the way, from our initial tour of North Boulevard, to purchasing our home, and planning out and executing the renovations. They know their stuff!
