My team and I love the start of a new year, as winter begins to fade off (or in the case of Houston, come and go periodically) and spring begins to bloom, sparking fresh inspiration. With all the new designs, amazing colors and fab patterns, we can hardly wait to share our favorite January finds!

Read on to see what we are obsessing over as we kick off 2017.

Camel Leather

We are designing a project in LA, right now, and I am in love with the whole vibe! Easy Cali living with some mid-century influence (hence the camel colored leather) and a dash of cool boho. Think Victoria Hagan marries Vincente Wolf and they have a baby named The Jungalow. A very chic family! – , President and Creative Director

The Flat by Michael Amato from The Urban Electric Co.

Most designers know that sourcing a great flush/semi flush ceiling fixture isn’t easy. So, when I set my eyes on The Flat by Michael Amato, I fell in love.  Not only is the light stylish, it comes in varying heights, as well as finishes and can work anywhere! – , Principle Designer

“Lips” Wallpaper by Voutsa

I have a love affair with wallcoverings and my current obsession is the “Lips” wallpaper by Voutsa, especially with Valentine’s Day right around the corner! This paper is perfect for a bold and sexy powder room or dressing room. I can’t wait to find the perfect project for this daring paper! – , Associate Interiorer

DaLo Ceramics

My heart has been stolen by the one of a kind artwork pieces by DaLo. “Dalo” is a shared signature used by two contemporary French ceramists working together since 2007: Daniel Derock and Loïc de Bailliencourt. Their hand molded, biomorphic sculptures with figurative lines and a primitive aesthetic, portray values dear to their hearts, such as hope and solidarity. Recurring characters, including the “Idole” and “Serene”, weave a link between the pieces and project us into an imaginary and original world. There is just something about his sculptures that intrigue me and at the same time calms my restless mind. – , Interiorer

The Tan Lines Outdoor Umbrella from Basil Bangs

I love a quirky accessory and this outdoor umbrella checks off all the boxes – unexpected fringe, chic, yet on trend color combination, and a fun, graphic print.  It may be the mild winter we’ve had here in Houston, but I can already picture myself using this for a beach trip, a quaint picnic near the Menil, or a boho summer dinner party. – , Associate Designer

The Pavage Imprimé Fabric Collection from Hermes

This fabric collection is one of my favorites! The colors are rich and vibrant, and the pattern could work well in so many spaces whether they are traditional or contemporary! Currently keeping my eye out for the perfect piece to put it on. – , Design Assistant
